Sarah Nourzad
Sarah Nourzad is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a decade of experience working with children and adolescents. Sarah specializes in working with children on self-management skills, coping skills, peer related issues, school issues, and social skills. She had experience working in a school setting and has the expertise of bridging the gap between school, home, and outside services. She has a great deal of experience with multiple disorders including ADHD, Anxiety, ODD, and Autism, among others.
Sarah’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and supportive. She believes in problem solving with the client as the relationship is a partnership. She provides a safe environment for her clients and strives to be empathic and genuine to help them achieve personal growth. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, which are customized to the client’s needs.
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. She obtained a Bachelor degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University.
