About Haydee Martinez-Rosales

Haydee is a Licensed Professional Counselor with years of experience supporting individuals and families. She works with children, teens, adults, and parents seeking guidance and support. Haydee has worked extensively with trauma in community mental health settings, where her primary goal is to foster resilience and promote healing. Her therapeutic style is client-centered, strength-based, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive. 


As a bilingual and bicultural counselor, Haydee provides a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore their thoughts and experiences without judgment. She believes in tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, helping them gain insight, develop coping skills, and work toward personal growth. 


Haydee creates a warm, supportive environment where individuals feel genuinely seen and understood. In working with Haydee, you can expect to feel safe as you navigate life’s challenges and take meaningful steps toward healing. 



Haydee earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Lewis University, with a concentration in children and adolescents. Haydee is currently trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Sand Tray.  She continues to expand her knowledge with ongoing training focused on trauma, anxiety, and culturally responsive care.
