About Katie Springfield

Dr. Springfield is a pre-licensure psychologist who earned her Master’s degree in Counseling with a specialization in Forensic Psychology and subsequently completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, both from the Adler School of Professional Psychology. She has a background in providing assessment and therapy across the lifespan. Dr. Springfield’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, emphasizing the importance of meeting clients where they are in their journey. She values authenticity and aims to establish a strong, empowering dynamic between herself and her clients, fostering a safe and healing environment.

Embracing a systemic lens, Dr. Springfield captures a holistic perspective of the contextual factors that influence her clients' emotional and cognitive experiences. By considering the intricate interplay of individual, relational, and societal elements, she empowers clients to navigate their challenges and facilitates their journeys toward healing and resilience.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Springfield is a dedicated mom to two school-age children, often found acting as chauffeur to their many activities. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting, reading, and has recently discovered a new interest for baking bread.
