About the care you receive:

We understand that everyone faces difficult challenges in their life. By choosing Fox Valley Institute, you have made the first step in alleviating these challenges. We will work with you to help you progress through this personal journey and set realistic goals to help you along the way.

While our team is always here to support you, overcoming your challenges does require a very active effort on your part. In order to be most successful, you need to work on things you talk about with your therapist during scheduled sessions and at home.

Reaching your goals can sometimes include experiencing uncomfortable feelings because therapy requires discussing unpleasant aspects of your life. In order to be successful, you must understand that it is necessary to talk about these feelings. Our therapists are very understanding and nonjudgmental and will help guide you through this process.

With sensitivity and compassion in a confidential setting, we will help individuals, couples and families find a resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological challenges.
